I understand that all team members are “at will” employees and reserve the right to resign at any time. However, it says in my “contract” (which is one page stating my hours and discounts I get from the company) this exactly: I have another job and would like to leave immediately. I have never had problems like this at a job and have always been told I’m a good worker. It went as far as I was accused of making a derogatory comment to another employee which never happened in any capacity. The work I complete is never good enough and my manager constantly contradicts herself on what is expected, resulting in paragraphs of angry texts on my days off over very minor issues.
